Triweka Rinanti, S.H., M.H., earns Bachelor of Laws from Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta in 1986 and earns Master of Laws in Business Law from Universitas Padjajaran Bandung in 2001.

 

Prior to establishing Triweka Rinanti & Partner, Triweka Rinanti worked as Legal Counsel at Bank Niaga Head Office Jakarta (1986-1990); Legal Manager at Bank Surya Head Office Jakarta (1990-1998) and the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) Jakarta with the last position as Head of Legal Litigation Team, Asset Management Credit (AMC) (1998-2001).

 

Since establishing the Law Office, Triweka Rinanti, has handled various legal issues in banking, bankruptcy and postponement of debt payment obligation, mining, land, and employment.
